Privacy Policy

AdPilot (“we”, “us”) provides advertising performance reporting and AI copywriting tools for marketing agencies and media buyers. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address and a hashed password.
- Client and workspace data you enter: client names, contact emails, targets, branding.
- Advertising data: when you connect an ad account (for example a Meta ad account), we access read-only performance metrics — spend, impressions, clicks, results, campaign and ad names, and creative thumbnails — using the permissions you grant. We store an encrypted access token so reports can be generated on your behalf.
- Usage data: reports and creatives you generate, and basic server logs.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: generating performance reports, AI summaries and ad creatives, sending reports to recipients you choose, billing, and support. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your ad data to train AI models. Numeric metrics and text you provide may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google or Anthropic) to generate summaries and creatives.
Meta platform data
Data obtained through Meta’s APIs is used only to display and report performance to you and your clients, in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms. You can disconnect an ad account at any time from the client page, which deletes the stored token. You can also revoke access from your Facebook settings.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. You can delete clients, reports and ad accounts at any time. To delete your whole account and all associated data, follow the instructions on our data deletion page.
Security
Access tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes.
