By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

AdPilot generates advertising performance reports and AI-written marketing copy from data you connect or enter. Reports and AI outputs are provided “as is”; you are responsible for reviewing them before sending them to your clients or publishing them as ads.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to access every ad account you connect and to share its data with the recipients you choose.
• You must comply with the platform policies of Meta, Google, TikTok and any other network whose data you use.
• You will not use the service to produce misleading, unlawful or infringing advertising.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe or SSLCommerz; we do not store card numbers. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Usage limits are per calendar month.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
